By downloading, installing, or using any application published under the developer account Martin Evelien (hereinafter referred to as the “Apps”), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future applications, including watch faces and companion applications, regardless of their name, category, or functionality.
1. NO COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Apps are designed to be privacy-friendly.
The developer does not collect, store, transmit, process, or share any personal or sensitive user data. This includes, but is not limited to:

• email addresses
• phone numbers
• precise location data

• health or fitness data
• usage analytics
• any other personally identifiable information (PII)
All core functionality of the Apps operates entirely locally on the user’s device. No data is transmitted to external servers controlled by the developer.

In the Google Play Console “Data safety” section, the developer has truthfully declared that:

• No user data is shared with third parties
Third-Party System Data (Wear OS Complications)
Some Apps may display contextual or system-provided information (such as time, date, battery status, step count, heart rate, or weather) through official Wear OS Complication Providers or system APIs.
These data:
• are provided and managed by the operating system (Wear OS) or other installed applications,
• are processed and displayed locally on the device,
• are not collected, stored, or transmitted by the developer.
The developer has no control over, and does not access or retain, such data.
3. PERMISSIONS
The Apps request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide their intended functionality, such as access to:
• time and date
• battery status
• system or complication data
The Apps do not request access to sensitive permissions, including but not limited to:
• location
• camera
• microphone
• contacts
• photos or media files
4. ADVERTISING & EXTERNAL LINKS
The Apps:
• do not contain advertisements
• do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• do not collect data for marketing or profiling purposes
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual app’s Google Play Store listing, the Apps do not include external links.
5. EU & GDPR COMPLIANCE
The developer is committed to full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all applicable privacy laws.
Because the Apps do not collect or process personal data, GDPR user rights (such as access, rectification, or erasure) are inherently respected and are effectively not applicable.
